Pilot is the unaired first episode of Brothers & Sisters it has basically the same plot as the first aired episode, Patriarchy, but there are many significant differences from the first aired episode as the series was significantly reworked. Notably Nora and Kevin were played by different people. Paige was a boy with Asperger's syndrome instead of a girl with diabetes and Kevin had an ex-wife and adolescent son.
