Plot Overview
Jake shows up late for roll call, so Holt assigns him to a graffiti case that Jake thinks is below him. The case becomes a problem when the suspect happens to be the Deputy Commissioner's son. In the meantime, Gina's psychic friend visits the precinct and gets into Charles' head.
