Break the Bank is a game show that aired in syndication. It is unrelated to the Break the Bank shows that came before in 1948 and 1976.
Two couples competed in answering questions with each answer a clue to a master puzzle and each worth a value of time (5 to 100 seconds). The couple solving the puzzle vied for bank cards by completing a series of stunts within their scored timeframe. One card breaks the bank, awarding the couple everything.
Three months later, the rules changed. Couples vied for bank cards simply by solving puzzles.
