Beakman's World is a children's educational program. It initially aired on TLC before moving to CBS. The show featured scientist Beakman who answered science questions that were sent in to him. He is helped by his lab assistant (Joise for the first season, Liza for the second and third seasons, and Phoebe for the fourth season), and Lester, a man in a rat suit. It was based on an educational comic strip called You Can with Beakman and Jax.
