Plot Overview
The lifeguards are asked by Mary Lou Retton to help organize a Special Olympics competition for developmentally disabled youths; Mitch helps out a mentally disabled teenage boy named Darnell, who tries to hard at winning than on the ethics of the competition; Stephanie befriends a young girl with Down Syndrome named Sammy, who is shy and doesn't believe in herself.
