Battle Hi is an animated comedy series that is being developed by mc chris, a production assistant and writer employed by Williams Street. In a message board post, Chris described the show as "8 Mile meets Dragonball Z meets Harry Potter meets Kingdom Hearts" and will be meant for all audiences, like The Muppet Show. However, the series will reportedly be expensive to produce and may not happen until Chris is wealthy enough to put money towards it.
It was rumored that Chris would return to Williams Street three years after his resignation in 2004 to produce Battle Hi for Adult Swim, but costs have apparently put a damper on that possibility. Although Chris has rejoined the workforce as of 2008, it is unlikely that any details about the show will be revealed until it is closer to production.
All that is known about the potential pilot is that Chris plans to ask Lawrence Parker, Frank Portman and Gary Grice to be a part of it.
