Plot Overview
Norma is urged to take the now vacant seat on city council. Dylan meets his boss' sister. An incident at the lake has Cody confide a secret to Emma.

Happenings
- Dylan is brought out of the hospital by Jodi Morgan who runs the family drug business and put her brother in Gil's place. She brings him to her place until things die down and sends him back to watch over her brother.
Characters
- Norma ends her relationship with Nick Ford.
- Encouraged by Christine Heldens, Norma applies for the open position on City Council and gets it.
- While hiding out in Cody's closet from her dad, he has flashbacks of he and his mother hiding in a closet from his dad.
- Cody tells Emma about Norman's episodes and she then tells Norma. She gets concerned enough to inform Norman's driving instructor, making him ineligible to apply for another three years.
- When Norman confronts Cody about telling Emma of his blackouts, her father comes out and begins attacking her. Norman defends her, knocking him down the stairs, breaking his neck.
