Plot Overview
The Bates' quiet life together is further skewed by the arrival of Norman's half-brother Dylan. While Bradley's father is found mysteriously burned, Emma investigates the book Norman found in the motel. When Sheriff Romero begins to lean in close over the disappearance of Summers, Norma tries to strike up a relationship with Deputy Shelby to stay out of suspicion.

Happenings
- Dylan moves in with Norma and Norman.
- Norman has kept Keith Summers's belt.
- Bradley's father is burned and in lingers in a coma. Another man is burned in retaliation.
- Police find Keith Summers's truck.
- Emma finds the sketchbook Norman found. Investigating the images, they travel to where the sketches describe and find they're real. They also find a large field of marijuana, but are chased out by a couple of men with guns.
- Sheriff Romero begins investigating Norma for the disappearance of Keith Summers.
- Dylan meets Ethan Chang who introduces him to his boss Gil.
- Shelby implies the town economy comes from something shady.
