Plot Overview

Characters
- Norma tells Dr Kurata about an idyllic home life when she was growing up as a single child. She later confesses to Norman that her mother had already "checked out" and her father was violent; her brother made her have sex with him and that she got the scar when she heard their father come home and burned her leg on an iron.
- Dylan teaches Norma to shoot a gun. He calls her mom for the first time in a long time.
- Norman grows angry with jealousy when he thinks Dylan is interested in Bradley. He later asserts he's over her, but while at the Winter Formal, he continues to cast his eyes at her. This upsets Emma who leaves the dance without him.
- Norman has another episode when he see Miss Watson changing and it's implied he kills her.

- After appearing to broker a deal with Abernathy, Romero kills Abernathy, his body falling into the harbour, and tosses the money in with him, proclaiming, "Not in my town, you piece of shit."
Goofs
- When sitting on the couch with Norman, Norma's phone is on the table to her left. Without any sign that she ever touched it, she later hears the phone buzzing and pulls it out of her pocket.
