An executive's right-hand man kills his boss in a horseback riding 'accident' after the boss discovers that his much-younger wife and the assistant are having an affair and stealing from him. A young groom comes upon the body and feels that he's responsible since he saddled the dead man's horse, and the assistant sets out to silence him.
