Plot Overview
A dying mobster donates a very expensive jeweled cross to a church, but when the box containing the cross (chained to a courier's wrist and locked and further protected with a special seal) arrives at the church, the cross is gone and replaced with a worthless iron cross. The mobster suspects one of his old rivals of being behind the theft, but as Banacek looks further into the case, he isn't so sure.
