Basic Information

Chong is the leader of a group of musicians who travel the words telling stories and singing songs. They go where the wind takes them and live a very carefree existence. Two members of the troupe of note are Lily, Chong's wife, and Moku, one of the musicians. Chong isn't exactly the most grounded individual and often forgets things just told to him or his own statements.

Character History

Chong and his group of musical nomads have only appeared in one episode, Chapter 2 of Book 2 (2x02 - The Cave of Two Lovers)

Trivia

Chong is voice by Dee Bradley Baker, who does the sounds for Appa, Momo and various creatures on the show.

Quotes

Chong: Nobody react to what I’m about to tell you. I think that kid might be the Avatar.

Chong: Yeah, and I forget the next couple of lines, but then it goes... [singing] Secret tunnel! Secret tunnel! Through the mountain! Secret, secret, secret, secret tunnel! Yeah!
