Basic Information
Chong is the leader of a group of musicians who travel the words telling stories and singing songs. They go where the wind takes them and live a very carefree existence. Two members of the troupe of note are Lily, Chong's wife, and Moku, one of the musicians. Chong isn't exactly the most grounded individual and often forgets things just told to him or his own statements.

Chong: Yeah, and I forget the next couple of lines, but then it goes... [singing] Secret tunnel! Secret tunnel! Through the mountain! Secret, secret, secret, secret tunnel! Yeah!
