Plot Overview

Gabe is fatally shot by a sniper; Cindy insists that Grant was involved in the shooting; Rachel visits her friend Loretta in New York City, hoping that she may offer advice about the baby and Carl; Bobby informs Vicky that he has also seen Ryan and that Kirk's "imaginary friend" is none other than Ryan's ghost; and Joe is made acting captain of the Bay City Police Force.
