Plot Overview
Bill felt it was a dead end when Dru told him their private investigator, Carl Vollmer, found out Danny owed $3,500 to a loan shark 3 months before his murder. Flo visited Dru and Bill in their hotel room to advise them to cross Madge off their suspect list. Madge admitted to Charlie that Flo may have gone to Bay City to see Danny, but not that she killed him. Liz backed down when Sam dared her to phone Walter. Liz was flabbergasted when Sam accused her of killing Danny. Liz lied that Sam was a contractor when Lenore dropped by unexpectedly. Madge felt glum and guilty when Flo showed up at the Alley all smiles looking to resume her waitress job.
