Plot Overview

Mitch escorted Rachel and the children to her flight out of town. Melissa put Jason off to call Blaine over to the Connection. Mac and Sandy tried to warn Jamie when the bomb exploded in Mac's office. Jess complimented Jordan after hearing a news radio report about the bombings. Russ sent Rick to lead the paramedic team over to Cory Publishing. It was a tender moment when Sandy cradled Mac in his arms and called Mac, "Dad". Melissa remembered Jason thinking he recognized Sandy. Sandy and Mac, who had regained consciousness, removed debris while searching for Jamie. Blaine calmed down Melissa, who worried that Sandy had been injured in the bombings. Melissa sang while thinking of Sandy. Ada thought Mac and Jamie had a late dinner when Cecile called worried about Jamie's tardiness. Ada promised to have Jamie call Cecile if she hears from him.
