Plot Overview
Michael convinced Pat that Barbara's experience in logical arguments made her the best choice to talk to John. Iris encouraged Mac to take the trip to Washington when he was reluctant to leave Rachel. Jamie and Dennis left for a swim meet. Neil told Angie now that he was vice-president of Delaney Architects, they can go public with their engagement. Willis and Pam congratulated Neil and Angie with differing degrees of enthusiasm. Jim realized Barbara knew more about John & Pat than she let on. Jim effected a reconciliation between Pat and Liz. Neil told Angie he'll give her time to get over Willis. Iris dragged Jamie away from the victory celebration to tell him he'll be modeling for Ken. Jim and Liz kept Pat company. Angie didn't care when Willis admitted Neil would make a much better husband. Barbara kissed John and said they'd work out whatever was best for all of them.
