Plot Overview
Russ and Lenore tried their best to bring Alice out of her despair. Gerald was bitter and disconsolate when Rachel came to visit him, and said he hoped they threw the book at Steve. Rachel got a guard to tell her that Steve was in State Prison. Lenore called Mary to come over right away to see Alice. Pat was relieved when she received a less than gracious good-bye note from Kurt. Alice let Russ comfort her, but rushed upstairs when Mary came over.
