Plot Overview
Bill and Missy felt guilty talking about Christmas plans while Pat was still in jail. Bill offered Jim advice about Russ's lack of scholastic aptitude. Jim turned down Bill's offer to drop a semester to work in Jim's office, and assured him he wouldn't have been able to prevent anything by having been more explicit in his warnings about Tom. John told Ralph that Pat was a pretty natural blonde with lovely coloring and no make-up. With an expressionless face and voice, Pat told Ralph that she and Tom were to be married, but that now she's become someone she doesn't want to know anymore.
