Plot Overview
Susan stared blackly at Fred when he couldn't agree to a dinner date. Fred suggested she read a book when she complained of twiddling her thumbs all day. She blazed when he advised her to be more understanding and patient about his work schedule. She poured herself a drink after he told her to stay away from the liquor cabinet. Rachel brought Jamie to Ada's, then got yesterday's lies to Ada and Mary mixed up. Rachel insisted whatever she was doing was for Jamie. They had a small flare-up when Mary thought Liz was too interested in Mary's attitude toward Rachel. Susan coaxed Joe into sharing a drink with her, but talked of bathrooms when he started moving closer. She resisted for only a second or 2, then gave in when he pulled her to him and kissed her strongly.
