From The TV IV

Anders och Måns is a Swedish comedy sketch show produced in Malmö, Sweden by SVT Malmö featuring Anders Johansson and Måns Nilsson.

The format is a mix of a factual programme spoof (were Anders and Måns "try to do serious programming") and standard sketches.
