Plot Overview

Stan is preparing to go out on his latest assignment.It is a simple stakeout assignment that should last for two days.He promises Francine that he will be back in time for Valentines Day.Stan,and his Colleague Jim are in a Surveillance Van,keeping watch on some Top Bogata Terrorists.They are discovered,and captured.Francine often worries about Stan's Job.She is visited by three people,one of whom is Stan's Boss Bullock who gives her some sad news.Francine braces herself for the bad news of Stan's death,but receives different News.When Francine inquires about Stan,he tells her that the CIA has loss contact with Stan twelve hours ago.Francine on hearing this breaks down crying.Meanwhile,Steve,and Roger play their favorite Detective "Wheels,and the Legman".They begin their Case of a missing item of Hayleys.After some investigation they come up with a suspect in the case...Barry.After some more investigation they come up with a better suspect in the missing item belonging to Hayley...Klaus.While Steve,and Roger continue playing Detective,Stan,and his Colleague Jim are held for days in a Bogata Jail.While Stan has fear,Jim is more confident in their situation.Jim who is a ladies Man at the CIA has a plan.After the changing of the Guard,a Female Guard replaces the Male Guard,Jim successfully seduces the Female Guard into opening the Cell Door.This gives Stan the opportunity to run outside,while Jim makes love to the Woman.They run out soon afterwards.Jim runs into another Female Guard,and just as he had seduced the first Guard,Jim seduces the second as well.From that moment on until they arrive Home,Jim seduces more,and more women.Stan arrives Home just as he promised Francine for their Valentines Day Dinner.While having Dinner in a Restaurant,Francine who worries about Stan,says that if he should die she would never marry again.Stan drops a bombshell on her:He plans to marry Meg Penner,his backup Wife.She is also their Family Dentist.This throws Francine for a loop.Stan has it all worked out:If she Francine dies,Stan would marry Meg Penner.Stan has already discuss this with Meg,and she seems fine with it.Francine is aghast,and wants Stan to break off the arrangement with Meg.He does'nt listen to Francine,and in retaliation,Francine begins an agreement of her own with Stans Friend,and Colleague Jim,who start hanging out with Francine.Seeing this,Stan decides to break off his arrangement with Meg.This being done,Stan tells Jim to end his arrangement with Francine.Jim however refuses,and to Stans surprise tells him that he Loves Francine.Jim then kicks Stan out of the Airplane that they were flying in.Stan lands in the middle of a gathering of people celebrating one of their peoples new invention.After given a ride Home in a Balloon,Stan confronts Jim,and they engage in a fight which leads both into Stans Home where Francine,and Meg(who is holding a shotgun) are present.Meg who pretended that she wanted to break off her arrangement with Stan says that she really Loves him,the same way that Jim Loves Francine.Distracted,Francine jumps Meg,and they engage in fighting.Both Stan,and Francine admit that they were wrong in making arrangements before consulting the other first.The fighting between the four ends with Jim being shot by Meg(Jim was going to shot Stan),and Meg being knocked unconscience.The fight ends just as Steve,and Roger enter the House,and are genuinely shocked at the blood,and wreckage within.Stan,and Francine hug each other as the episode ends.
