Plot Overview

Stan is fed up with Roger constantly bragging about himself being the most important person on the Planet.So fed up that he calls him a big phony.Roger reacts very calm,and he intends to proves to Stan that he is the Decider(one who was sent to Earth to Decide whether,or not the inhabitants of Planet Earth should continue to exist,or not).Roger takes Stan to a place where he has stored his Spaceship,in a Storage Unit flying by air.Meanwhile at his School,Steve insults his friend Toshi,and as such is challenge to a Contest.The Contest will determine who will eat Lunch at a different hour(so that neither would have to eat with one-another).Steve is to come to Toshi's House later in the day to choose what Contest to compete.Stan,and Roger arrive at the place where his Spaceship is.During the time they were flying,Stan constantly mocks Roger.Having arrived at the place,the Storage Unit,Roger opens up the Storage Unit,and upon seeing the Spaceship,Stan stops mocking of Roger.Roger who was calm during the mocking is now somewhat calm but peeved at Stan's doubting,and is about to send a message to his Home Planet to have Earth destroyed.As he is pushing the Buttons on the Controls nothing happens.Stan then notices a note taped to Rogers Ship.The note says that the Spaceship is an experimental Spaceship used to test Safety Features.It also says that the Alien within(Roger) is actually a Crash Test Dummy whom they assume would be killed on impact.This news shocks Roger,and causes Stan to laugh,and laugh continously,throughout the Plane ride back Home.Back in Landley,Steve with his friends,Snot,and Barry arrive at Toshi's House for Steve to choose the challenge which would take place a Month from that day.Steve chooses,and the choice is a Hot Dog Eating Contest.Steve is worried that he would not be able to beat Toshi(Toshi is an experienced Hot Dog eater,and winner.While at the Smith Home where Roger,and Stan arrive,Roger run inside,and into his Attic,Stan tells Francine the news of Roger only being a Test Dummy.Roger so upset at finding out that he is only a Test Alien Dummy that he stays in his Room for two Months.He finally comes out of his Attic,still feeling down.Francine,and Hayley encourage him to get a Job,and make something out of himself.Roger understands this(incorrectly) as a sign for him to get a Job,where he will decide on matters.He gets a Job at a Food Company.One day his fellow Co-Worker asks him to dispose of some tainted Weiners.Roger thinks that this is a sign for him be The Decider.This inspires him to decide to hide the bad Weiners.Thus,it also inspires him to brag again about being The Decider.He tells Stan about the Bad Hot Dogs(which he was suppose to destroy),and that he has hidden them in the one place where Stan would never look to find them.The next thing we know,Roger is trying to stop Stan from looking in the one place Roger says he would'nt find them...The Refigerator.They look,and to both their surprises,the deadly Weiners are not there.Roger tries to figures where the deadly Weiners are.Klaus informs them that Francine took them to Toshi's House for the Contest that Steve is having with Toshi.Stan,and Roger race over to Toshi's House,and to their relief,the Tainted,yet Deadly Weiners were not used.The two friends are safe.As for the Deadly Weiners they are still consumed by Pigeons,and the latter explodes.

Notes

This episode gives us another piece of information about Roger.For 60-years he really thought that he was The Decider of Mankinds fate,only to learn that he was a Crash Test Dummy.
