Plot Overview

Because of his fear,and failure to stop a Mugger when Francine was being robbed,and Stan disappointment at himRoger decides to become a Police Officer.He goes through training at the Police Academy.Stan has been keeping an eye on Rogers training,and so has another Man, as Roger passes every test,and Graduates with Top Honors.Stan could'nt be more proud of Roger.One day Roger meets a Man name Chaz.This Chaz has been keeping an eye on Roger since his training.Chaz encourages Roger to abuse his Authority as a Police Office.Chaz is a Corrupt Police Detective.Roger at first refuses to abuse his Position as an Officer of the Law,but eventually succumbs to the Power of the Badge.Stan finds out about the abuse of Power,and encourages Roger to stop.Stopping his abuse of Power will not be an easy task for Roger.But,Roger succeeds,and puts an end not only to the abuse of power,but of Chaz.
