Chuckie Finster is one of the main characters of the All Grown Up series. He plays a major role in many episodes.

Chuckie takes on a somewhat different personality in this series. He is still somewhat considered the scaredy cat but isn't as a afraid as he was in Rugrats.

In one episode Chuckie runs for School Safety Commissioner. It seems he has it in the bag, that is until Izzy runs. Izzy is an imaginary friend Dil made up. Izzy becomes so popular that he actually gets a chance to win the election. Chuckie becomes enraged because not only is he losing to someone else he is losing to an Imaginary Freind who doesn't even exist. Chuckie later gets his dignity back but not before many funny events!
