Plot Overview

Judson takes Mackenzie fishing to Jackson's Cove, where he had gone to since a youngster with his Uncle Bill, to find it fenced off for a "Luxury Waterfront Living" development by Tom Rossmoor that construction of is about to start.

Security guards shoot at Judson and the matter goes to court where Judson pleads his case of the Liverpool Flyer a sailing ship that sank in the cove August 8th, 1787 and the proposed construction should stop. Discredited by Rossmoor's expert, only the intervention of a state injunction obtained by Gabriel gives Judson 48 hours to prove his case.

After a dive Judson finds evidence and on his way to court is attacked and taken to a cave where he is drugged. Left alone his mind becomes blurred between reality and the past fate of the Liverpool Flyer. Semi-conscious, the reality is the rising tide in the cave and the dream is of the chance to change history and save the ship from being wrecked on the rocks.
