50 Grand Slam was a game show airing on NBC daytime. It was an untainted throwback to the scandal era of big money quiz shows of the 1950s.
A field of nine contestants competed. Two are selected at random and they each are placed in isolation booths and must answer four-part questions. The player who answers the most proceeds on. The levels of cash prizes start at $200 and goes up to the top prize of $50,000. Successful players could stop at anytime and go home with their winnings to that point.
