Subject Profile
Scott Bridges, 35, once lived the fit and healthy life of a college athlete. But 3 kids and 14 years later, Scott is overweight and overextended in his family life. He hopes to use the controversial benefits of Human Growth Hormone and Testosterone injections to jumpstart his weight loss in an effort to battle the effects of aging. Scott will try to balance his job, wife and family life as he journeys deep into the world of extreme fitness and anti-aging. Scott will work out 5 days a week with a personal trainer and completely overhaul his eating habits. Most astonishingly, he will inject himself daily with Human Growth Hormone over the next thirty days in order to get his body back to the way it was when he was a swimmer at Clemson University.
Originally from North Carolina, Scott lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Timona, their 3 children (Alyssa, 9, Brandon 7, and Brooke, 2) and Timona's 85 year old mother. Scott works for a cleaning supply and distribution company.
