1 vs. 100 is a game show for NBC from the producers of Deal or No Deal and hosted by Bob Saget. The premise is that a contestant must go up against a mob of 100 people and eliminate them, one by one, through trivia questions. The show is based on the Dutch game show Eén Tegen Honderd.
