Recovering from their recent encounter with The Shredder, the Turtles head over to Casey's grandmother's barn. Their rest is soon interrupted when Casey's crazy cousin, Sid, shows up looking for their grandfather's hidden fortune. Sid's debts bring the Purple Dragons looking for their money, and it's up to the injured turtles to deal with them.
