From The TV IV

Sister, Sister is a family-oriented sitcom about two African-American girls who realize that they are actually twin sisters separated at birth. The series premiered on April 1, 1994 on ABC, but it was cancelled after the first season due to low ratings. The series was picked up by the newly founded WB, where it ran for five more seasons. The series concluded on May 23, 1999 in a finale where the girls met their birth father.
