  • Inmate Number: The inmate number used by Earl in this episode belonged at the time to another inmate in a federal prison, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, the former assistant to Vice President Dick Cheney who was convicted and sentenced to 30 months in prison on June 5, 2007 for obstruction of justice, making false statements and perjury in regard to the Valerie Plame incident. Libby was later pardoned by President George W. Bush.
