He is the son of Anthony and his late wife. He was born after his older sister Claudia and currently co-runs the Zacchara Territoy. In April, Claudia and Johnny are trying to get rid of Sonny for hurting his sister and theart to their territory; however a child was shot in April and currently fighting for his life.
