A new mother tries to kill her baby, but House thinks her problem is more than post-partum depression, and her husband may have a secret of his own. Meanwhile, House is angry when Foreman comes back to work with a new sense of optimism. Also, Cuddy asks Wilson to dinner, which Wilson thinks is a date, but House is not convinced.
