Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery is a character from Grey's Anatomy played by Kate Walsh. She was introduced in the season finale of season one and remained on the series as a billed character until the end of season three when Walsh left the series to star in the Grey's Anatomy spin-off series, Private Practice.
