From The TV IV
Dog Whisperer (2004—) is a reality program broadcast by National Geographic Channel. It is about Cesar Millan, a "dog behaviorist" who rehabilitates domestic dogs and trains their owners to handle the responsibility. Episodes usually feature three stories with owners having Millan come to their homes to help them teach their dogs to behave.
It was popularly parodied on a South Park episode TSST, where Millan used his dog techniques on Cartman.
