Tory Foster is President Laura Roslin's chief aide.

Tory Foster took over as President Roslin's chief aide following the untimely death of her previous aide, Billy Keikeya. Prior to the Cylon attack on the colonies, she was involved in a Colonial political group known as the Federalist Party, and served as precinct captain in Delphi on Caprica for five years, where she became good at taking polls.
