Season Six of Archer premiered on January 8, 2015.

Creator Adam Reed has revealed that the show will "unreboot" this season, and return to the original spy format. It was also revealed that the agency will no longer be known as ISIS, mainly because of the acronym's association with the jihadist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.
