From The TV IV

I hail from Dublin in Ireland, and don't actually watch that much television. When I do watch, it tends to be something I'll get very hooked on, and I'm a big fan of buying season box sets on DVD of shows I do like. My main focus is to help with the Veronica Mars pages here at the wiki (being a contributer to the regular thread in the TV IV), and I do my best to spread the Veronica love (I recently had a hard time getting my Season One boxset back after it had been passed around several friends). As you can tell from my show list, I'm a big fan of Joss Whedon, quirky humour, smart scripts, witty one-liners and shows that meld a lot of genres. I tend to be quite cynical towards tv because I dislike so much of what is considered "popular" (in that I hate all forms of Reality TV, and I don't see why The Simpsons is still running, or why CSI needs so many spinoffs), and usually when I find a show that I genuinely think is worth watching, I'll make sure my friends watch it too.

I recently began a project to fill in the episode pages for Star Trek: The Next Generation. These pages lack comprehensive information, and, armed with the DVDs and my Star Trek Encyclopedia, I intend on remedying that situation, since TNG is a show that is very dear to my heart.
