Sexual Harassment covers the inevitable as Michael, the King of Forwarding, is finally counseled on his inappropriate jokes. However, he rebels at each opportunity to avoid losing face to his friend, Todd Packer. Pam's mom is also scheduled to visit, which causes Pam to worry as she is usually the butt of Michael's jokes.

• Kevin's "MILF" comment about Pam's mother would seem to indicate that he knows what she looks like, but then why doesn't she (the mother) know who Jim is when she visits? Possible explanations:
  -- Kevin has seen a picture of Pam's mom.
  -- Kevin is guessing that Pam's mom is hot based on Pam.
  Whichever explanation you like, this is still a very brash comment from the normally shy Kevin.

• Michael: Todd Packer and I are total BFF - Best Friends Forever. He and I came up as salesmen together. One time were out and we met this set of twins and Packer told them we were brothers. And so, you know, one thing led to another and we brought them back to the hotel and...Packer did both of them. It was awesome!

• Michael: Toby is in HR which technically means he works for corporate, so he's really not a part of our family. Also he's divorced, so he's really not part of his family.
