Jan arrives from Corporate to conduct a meeting about being female in the workplace. Upset about being excluded, Michael starts a meeting for the guys that ends with the destruction of the warehouse by way of heavy machinery.

• Michael unwittingly encourages the warehouse crew to unionize, and Jan threatens to shut down the entire branch if they do.

• Pam gets an offer from Jan to attend a Dunder-Mifflin design training program and revisit her dreams of being an artist. She and Jim have an argument over her dismissal of it as an impractical idea.
