Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Duke is the third episode of the seventh season of The Dukes of Hazzard, and the one hundred thirty-third episode overall.

The central theme of water pollution and mind-altering genetics takes center stage here, the plot set up when Luke drinks water tainted by the drug (having been spilled into the lake after some of the serum fell out of a van). As the researchers try to cover up what happened, two bank robbers get wind of Luke's attitude and recruit him to rob Hazzard Bank. Boss Hogg also notices Luke's changed behavior and, after learning he is consorting with the bank robbers, vows to capture the anticipated robbery on tape and send the evidence to the FBI. All this leaves the rest of the Dukes with their hands full.
