An accountant from the Department of Homeland Security, sent to Los Angeles to run an audit on the LAPD, is found dead at the bottom of a cliff. The fact that her laptop and cell phone are missing from the scene makes it a case for the FBI, but Brenda’s squad is not ready to give up jurisdiction.
