The Show

• Joe & Bill started Leg 7 almost 15 hours behind Charla & Mirna, the winners of the previous leg.
• In Leg 8, some teams left the Pit Stop prior to all teams arriving from the previous leg. Joe & Bill started the leg almost 15 hours behind Dustin & Kandice, the winners of the previous leg, but the bus stop in Warsaw and the Intersection at Kraków caused all teams but Uchenna & Joyce and Oswald & Danny being bunched up again.
• Joe & Bill, being marked for elimination in Leg 7, arrived second-last at the Pit Stop in Leg 8, and were assesssed a 30-minute penalty. Eric & Danielle checked in shortly after the penalty started, and Joe & Bill were eliminated.

Memorable Moments

• In Leg 7, Eric & Danielle and Joe & Bill were refused to board on a connecting flight at Kilimanjaro Airport, Tanzania.
• In Leg 8, Charla, with armors on, found difficult on leading a horse.
• Uchenna & Joyce and Oswald & Danny both arrived first in Leg 8. Oswald & Danny voluntarily gave the prize to Uchenna & Joyce.
