Kyle's dad gets a hybrid, then moves the family to San Francisco. Stan writes a song to get everyone to buy a hybrid. The resulting smug cloud combines with the San Francisco cloud and the smug from George Clooney's Oscar acceptance speech creating a massive storm that seriously damages South Park and wipes San Francisco from the map. Cartman went to San Francisco to save Kyle because Butters is a poor replacement, not giving Cartman the reaction he wants to his insults.
