Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue! is an animated comedy that aired on The CW.

In this newest entry of the Scooby canon, Shaggy finds himself inheriting his uncle's fortune and mansion. Thing is, his uncle is still alive, but he's in hiding. Shaggy's uncle had been dabbling in nanotechnology and had created a special formula for Scooby Snacks, and he entrusts Shaggy and Scooby Doo's mystery-solving talents to protect the formula. The special Scooby Snacks, when eaten by Scooby, allows him to change his shape and abilities to whatever the situation calls for. Scooby retains those powers until the Scooby Snack is metabolized and he burps.

An evil scientist, Dr. Phinius Phibes, covets that formula, and he sends henchmen of rather dubious quality to obtain it.
