House is convinced that the man who went into respiratory arrest while playing a violent sex game with his wife is being poisoned by the wife, but his staff - especially Cameron - thinks he is just being cynical. Meanwhile, House and Wilson adjust to their new lives as roommates. But is the arrangement harder on House or on Wilson?

Cameron: It's the only explanation your twisted mind can come up with, cause you're angry that you can't find the answer and you're taking it out on her.
House: And you are protecting a complete stranger based on some childishly romantic notion that are all so happily married they don't want to kill each other.
