Ted Sprague escapes from his captors and discovers the purpose of the marks on his neck.

Ted Sprague, last seen about to be captured buy armed soldiers, is confronted by a confident man who commands the soldiers to "Hose Him!" The soldiers hose Ted down with liquid concrete, the same stuff used at Chernobyl to contain the radiation. They start to load Ted into a van, when he focuses his rage and thoughts of revenge and causes a massive explosion, taking out the soldiers, although the man in charge was no where to be found. Ted is certain that he escaped.

Ted then uses the schematic of the hypodermic gun that Hana gave him to track down it's origin. Confronting a scientist, Ted learns that the gun is used by wildlife researchers. I injects a special isotope, which can be used to track the animal wherever it goes. Ted, freaked out by this information, and the though that he is now viewed as a wild animal to be tracked and studied, blows up the lab where the gun was made.
