From The TV IV

Season Four (2006–2007) of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law premiered on October 1, 2006. It would prove to be the final season of the series, both by will of the creators and because of extenuating circumstances. Stephen Colbert, voice of Reducto and, more importantly, Phil Ken Sebben, chose to leave the show when his own series, The Colbert Report became so popular and demanding that he couldn't fit voice over sessions into his schedule anymore.

The season and series will end on July 22, 2007 with a special 30-minute finale.
