Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2009 is a New Year's Eve countdown special that will air on ABC. It will be hosted by Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest in New York City, with country singer Kellie Pickler as a correspondent in Times Square and pop star Fergie hosting and performing at the West Coast party in Hollywood.

It will air in three parts, with Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest from 10PM to 11PM, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest Part 1 from 11:30PM to 1:08AM and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest Part 2 from 1:08AM to 2:11AM.
