CBET is a Canadian local station in Windsor, Ontario, owned by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and affiliated with CBC Television. It broadcasts on analog channel 9, with a digital channel allocation of 35 (not yet on the air).
CBET is in a unique position among the CBC-owned stations in that, due to Windsor's proximity to neighboring Detroit, Michigan, Windsor is considered part of the Detroit TV market and, as such, CBET is not able to carry most American shows airing elsewhere on CBC Television (such as Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!) due to the Detroit stations holding the local rights to those programs.
